This is how Fernando's Auto Detailing ("we", "us") handles your information. The short version: we collect only what we need to quote, schedule, and do your detailing job, we never sell it, and this site does not track you.

1. What we collect

When you request service, we collect what you type into the request form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), your vehicle's details, its condition, any photos you choose to upload, the service address for mobile jobs, and your preferred timing. If you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email, we keep those messages like any small business keeps its correspondence.

If you pay by card, the payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your card number; we only keep a record of the invoice and whether it was paid. Cash payments are simply recorded as paid.

2. How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, contact you about it, schedule and perform the work, send invoices and receipts, and keep normal business records. That's it. We do not use it for advertising and we do not send marketing emails.

3. Cookies and tracking

The public site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not track visitors. The only cookies involved are the essential ones used by the business owner to log in to the private admin area.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that make this site work: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (sending the emails described above), and our hosting infrastructure. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep service records (including requests, invoices, and job photos) as long as we need them for normal business and tax purposes. If you want your information corrected or deleted, ask us and we will take care of it unless a legal or tax obligation requires keeping a record.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
