Terms of Service for Fernando's Auto Detailing

These terms cover your use of this website and the detailing services provided by Fernando's Auto Detailing ("we", "us"). By requesting service through this site, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

1. What we do

Fernando's Auto Detailing is a solo-operated car detailing service. You tell us about your vehicle and the work you want through the request form on this site, we send you a quote, and if you accept, we schedule a time and detail your vehicle. For mobile service we come to you; the address you give us is where the work happens.

2. Quotes and scheduling

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. The quote we send you is based on what you tell us and the photos you share. If your vehicle's condition turns out to be significantly different from what was described (for example, heavy pet hair or stains that were not mentioned), we may need to adjust the price or the scope of work. We will always talk to you and get your OK before doing work beyond the agreed quote.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, just contact us as early as you can. We ask for reasonable notice, and we will extend you the same courtesy if weather or circumstances force us to move an appointment.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the job is done. We accept card payments through an invoice link (processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your card details) or cash. If an invoice goes unpaid, we may follow up by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email.

4. Photos you send us

Photos of your vehicle that you upload with a request are used to assess the work and prepare your quote, and are kept with your service record. We will not publish photos of your vehicle without asking you first.

5. Your part

You agree to give us accurate information about your vehicle and its condition, to remove valuables and personal items before your appointment, and to make sure we can safely access the vehicle at the agreed time and place.

6. Our responsibility

We take real care with every vehicle. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, worn or fragile trim, prior bad repairs), for normal results of cleaning aged surfaces, or for items left in the vehicle. If something goes wrong that is our fault, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

7. No accounts

This site does not offer customer accounts. Requesting service requires no signup and no password.

8. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
